变压器套管是变压器内部的高、低压引线引到油箱外部的出线装置,具有规定的电气强度和足够的机械强度。与套管连接的线圈,其电压等级决定了套管的绝缘结构。套管的使用电流决定了导电部分的截面和接线头的结构。
The transformer bushing is the outlet device that leads the high and low voltage leads inside the transformer to the outside of the oil tank, with specified electrical strength and sufficient mechanical strength. The coil connected with the bushing ,its voltage level determines the insulation structure of the bushing. The using current of the bushing determines the cross section of the conductive part and the structure of the Wiring head.
使用条件和性能:
1.环境温度:-45度~+40度。
2.海拔高度:普通型套管不超过1000米,加强型及防污型套管不超过2500米。
3.普通型套管适用于轻污秽地区,防污型套管适用于重污秽地区。
4.安装角度:垂直或倾斜角度不超过30度。
Service conditions and performance of ordinary bushing
1. Ambient temperature: Minus 45 centigrade to 45 centigrade.
2. Altitude: ordinary bushing shall not exceed 1000m, and reinforced and Anti-fouling bushing shall not exceed 2500m.
3. Ordinary bushing is suitable for light pollution areas, and anti pollution bushing is suitable for heavy pollution areas.
4. Installation angle: the vertical or inclined angle shall not exceed 30 degrees.
